The themed accommodations were beautifully decorated, adding a unique touch to our stay. Engaging tours led by knowledgeable guides enriched our experience of nature and wildlife. We enjoyed outdoor dining experiences that made the evenings special.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the cabin did not meet our expectations. there were noticeable dirt spots that should have been addressed before our arrival. Additionally, the communication regarding some of the facility's policies was frustratingly vague, leaving us confused at times. We also found the customer service lacking in responsiveness, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of our trip.

The themed cabin felt cozy and exceptionally clean. Watching exotic animals right in the backyard was a highlight for us. The sunset views from the deck were stunning. We joined the ATV Safari tour, well worth the extra cost, as it brought us up close with the animals. My son enjoyed every moment. Horseback riding offered a good mix of challenge and enjoyment, just the right amount. On the downside, customer service could use improvement. Our experience with the concierge regarding unexpected fees was frustrating. There were inconsistencies in communication that detracted from the overall experience. Still, the unique adventures made the trip memorable overall.

Family ❤️ friendly
We had an awesome time here. You know, interacting so closely with those animals was something else, feeding baby kangaroos and having otters climb on us was unreal.
Sure, it wasn’t exactly a bargain but worth every cent.

Unique animal interactions, especially swimming with otters and feeding baby kangaroos. The cabin cleanliness left much to be desired, with some chores expected that weren't communicated well. Enjoyed the hiking trails and scenic views around the area.
